Care

Before procedure:

No chemical peels, botox, retinol, glycolic acids, salicylic acid, or any other acid creams or lotions on the skin prior to procedure
No mortring or nsaids medications, or alcohol 48 hours prior to procedure
No sun exposure or sun burn prior to procedure
Stop using fish oil and omega supplements 7 days prior to treatment

Absolutely no sun exposure in the first 72 hours post treatment
After 72 hours post treatment minimize sun exposure and use high SPF cream with peptides
Use protective serum as instructed by your provider (twice a day)
Some pain, redness, swelling and burning is normal
You can use cold compress to alleviate mild discomfort
Sleep with your head elevated
No swimming, no hot tubs, no work outs, no saunas, no botox, no filler treatment
No retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, acid peels, or cleansers, no face masks that peel
And most of all do not pick on the dots, do not remove them, do not use scrubs or facial brushes
No direct water from the shower head
Use mild soap to clean and pad with clean towel to dry, no rubbing!
